How do you find your passion?
I was doing a podcast this week with Mike Zaremba (one of the two brothers that founded ‘Floathouse’ a Vancouver based company that offers a unique sensory experience via Deprivation Tanks that allow customers an environment to do deep meditation, rest, recover and manifest creativity) for Vancouver Real.
Mike asked me a great question. “How do we find our passion?”
The answer is easy and it is hard.
Easy because I believe that deep in your heart, you know what excites you. You know that if you were doing what truly excites you, Monday morning would not be the worst day of the week. Lunch would not be the most exciting part of the day. And, Friday would not be “Thank God it’s Friday” to you.
If you are not doing what truly excites you though, this is the hard part… Find the courage to chase your passion and not your pension. Chasing your joy and not money. Chasing our passion frees us. Chasing money enslaves us. And, it has always been my experience that when I am chasing my passion, I never have to worry about money.
Tips for finding the courage to break free from the enslavement so that you can chase your passion…
